If you are currently working in an organization (in any industry), conduct a safety and health inspection of your work site. Describe the working environment/industry and the “safety culture” in your work environment. Identify in detail three health and safety problems and their potential impact to employees and/or the organization. Include pictures to showcase the problem in your report, if possible. Identify what specific regulatory standard(s) does the health and safety problem violate and provide counter-measures to address the problem.
